Master Account Passwords


 

Sometimes registrants forget their passwords.  When this happens, they have the option of clicking the Retrieve Password tool on the Account Login page in your shopping cart. From there, the system will forward an updated password directly to your registrant.


Please note that the Email Address and User ID can sometimes be different for a Master Account. This can happen if a registrant changes their email address at any point while they have their account. The User ID can be confirmed by clicking on Registrations --> Master Accounts --> Edit for that account in your backoffice system.
